Standard UK Delivery Information
Sophie Elizabeth London uses Royal Mail to fulfil all UK standard orders which costs £1.99.
This service takes 3-7 working days. If your item will not fit through the standard letterbox and no one is available to accept the delivery, your parcel will be held at your local sorting office for collection.
In the event that your parcel has failed to be collected, it will be returned to us and there will be a further charge in order for us to ship the items to you again.
We cannot guarantee delivery on a bank holiday, so please expect your package on the next working day.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. For further information regarding these fees please contact your local Customs Office.

If for any reason you would like to return your item(s), please contact email@example.com with your name, order number and reason for return.
We aim to be in touch within 24 hours and will provide you with a delivery address and further information regarding the returns process.
We recommend that you return your package via registered post as we will only be able to issue a refund on receipt of the returned item(s) or if proof of postage is supplied. You will be responsible for any shipping charges back to us.
All returns must be made within 14 days and the item(s) must be in their original condition. Refunds cannot be given for any item(s) which have been used unless proven to be faulty.
Due to the soft texture of our matte cases we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or markings that may occur during use. We recommend you use wipes or a soft cloth to keep your case looking as perfect as when it arrived!
Please note that any items which have been personalised will not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless proven to be faulty.
Please allow 10-14 working days for us to process your refund, although please be advised that it may take between 3-5 working days for any refunds to appear on your bank statement.
In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will correct your order immediately and refund any return postage fees.
